Experience : 5 -8 years

. Interface with lead J2EE SDA and other developers in the development, testing and deployment of J2EE code to meet customer requirements .
Develop and/or code from technical specs. . Participate in technical code inspections. Support QC, systems integration and user acceptance testing and resolve defects as required.
. J2EE with Design Skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and learn new technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, written / verbal communication, and leadership skills with the ability to quickly build credibility, influence and make recommendations to all levels.
